At Radiant Grace Boutique, each item is chosen or created with intention. Because many of our pieces are handmade, custom, or limited in quantity, we have a selective return policy in place.
We truly want you to love what you receive, and we’ll always do our best to make things right if something isn’t as it should be.
Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 7 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:
• The item must be unused and in its original condition
• The item must be returned in its original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:
• Handmade items
• Custom or personalized orders
• Skincare, beauty, or self-care products
• Sale or clearance items
• Seasonal or limited-edition pieces
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
Please include:
• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item and packaging
Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved:
• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable
In some cases, store credit may be offered instead of a refund.
Return Shipping
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method
Radiant Grace Boutique is not responsible for items lost in return transit.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
After that time, your order may already be in processing or production and cannot be canceled.
Custom or made-to-order items cannot be canceled once work has begun.
Shipping Disclaimer
Radiant Grace Boutique is not responsible for:
• Shipping carrier delays
• Lost packages in transit
• Stolen packages after delivery has been confirmed
If an issue arises, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly. We’re always happy to help guide you if needed.
